Through the continuous action of the plunger, the progressive distributor gradually provides lubrication points.
It can be built with blocks or blocks.
The block distributor is a one-piece structure with 6/8/10/12/14-way outlet connections, high working pressure, and suitable for heavy machinery.
The plate distributor consists of a front plate, a rear plate, and an intermediate plate. Each intermediate piece is designed with 2 outlets. Each set of intermediate pieces includes 3 to 8 pieces.
Depending on the plunger area and stroke, each delivery can be designed independently.
Working Principle
For the progressive cavity dispenser, the plunger acts in sequence. The pressure grease enters from the inlet of the distributor. The internal plunger acts in sequence.
Therefore, the grease is delivered to the lubrication points in sequence. After the plunger stops moving for a long time, the high-pressure grease is supplied to the distributor again. And, the plunger will immediately move from the stop point of the last movement. After the previous plunger has completed the filling, the next plunger can only be started by the thrust of the pressure grease
